  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation message/email once your order is successfully placed.

  • We currently ship across India.

  • For bulk, corporate, or multi-sports orders, delivery timelines and logistics may vary and will be communicated separately.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Metro cities usually receive deliveries faster than non-metro or remote areas.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

  • Any special shipping costs for oversized items such as badminton court mats or bulk orders will be informed in advance.

  • Doyene Sports will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery as per their policy.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos.

  • Any missing items must be reported immediately after delivery confirmation.

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Doyene Sports shall not be held liable for such delays but will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
